Refund policy
We want this to be simple. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return—even if you've opened the pouch and tried it. Just reach out to us at hello@brainoa.com and we'll take it from there. If your return is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions.
We'll need your proof of purchase, and please don't send anything back before reaching out first—we want to make sure we can properly receive and process your return.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, let us know right away. We'll sort it out.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return, though your bank may take a little longer to post it.
